“Spots in time; are powerful overflow of spontaneous emotions, recollected in tranquility”

My work is an invitation to the viewer to  seek out or join me in this beautiful landscape. Time spent in the beauty of the natural world is profoundly important to me, and to communicate this to my audience is my goal. Painting on location in the solace of a wild place, stirs my senses as I absorb the profound beauty around me as I contemplate and create. Through sketching and painting and taking photographs, these works will be interpreted in the studio into etchings, lithographs and woodcuts, as I further consider the synchronicity and balance that I find in nature.
