Big Flat Folk Fest
Big Flat Folk Fest is a completely-homegrown, volunteer-powered, non-profit festival held each year in Eastend, Saskatchewan. The festival brings people together to celebrate outstanding original songwriting in western, folk, Americana/Canadiana, and bluegrass, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Frenchman River Valley.

April is National Poetry Month. Thanks to a grant from the Saskatchewan Writers' Guild the Library will have two special programs this month. Cowboy poet, Bryce Burnett from the Swift Current area on April 12 and the award-winning Eastend poet, Barbara Klar on April 26.

Big Flat Folk Fest
Introducing the 1st Annual Big Flat Folk Fest coming this July 13th, 2024 to Eastend, Saskatchewan. Featuring Colter Wall, Blake Berglund, Belle Plaine, Del Barber, Noeline Hoffman, Zachary Lucky, Lachlan Neville, and Gil & Wil, with special guests the Nekaneet First Nation Dancers and Drummers.
Kevin Sehn - Under the Roof
An Artist from Edmonton, Alberta, Kevin Sehn’s work is mostly figurative and industrial sculpture in bronze, steel, found objects and wood. Most recently he's been working on new photographic techniques that we'll get to hear all about as well as view a sample of the work!
